8 years

I forgot about it. January 27th was the 8th anniversary of my coming to NY.

Every year on that day, I have gone to Tiffany to buy something for myself. Such a cheezy ritual.

I remembered a week before, but somehow, I didn't even think about it 3 days ago, and I blogged about Washington Square. I think I'm more concerned about paying rent, work, and school. MacBook Pro or iPad, or new lens for my camera seem to be more urgent than something from Tiffany now.

１月２７日はNYに来て８年になる日でしたが、すっかり忘れてました。

毎年その日にはティファニーに行って自分に何か買っていたのでしたが。（それもなんだか‥）

前の週には覚えていたのに、３日前にはそんなことどこかに吹き飛んでいて、レオといつものように遊んで、ワシントンスクエアのことをブログにしていたのでした。毎月ちゃんと家賃を払うこととかバイトや学校のことのほうが気になってる今日この頃。ティファニーの何かより、MacBookProやiPad、もしくは新しいレンズのほうが重要な模様です。
